How To Order
We’ve designed our site so ordering prescription eyewear really is as simple as 1-2-3! Follow these steps to place your order with us online.
STEP 1
Choose Your Frame
Fall in love with one of the hundreds of frames on our site. Use the search function, shop by brand or use our helpful filters to find the perfect frame.
Struggling to find a favourite?
Try up to three of our frames using our no-obligation 7-Day Home Trial service. Choose three frames you want to see and get them delivered straight to your door for you to try on.
STEP 2
Choose Your Lenses
Click Select Lenses to begin customising your prescription product. Select your vision type, lens material and any optional extras, then select Add To Basket.

STEP 3
Add Your Prescription & Buy
At the basket, select Add Prescription. Choose one of the four ways to supply your prescription, then proceed to the Checkout and complete your order.
